Looking for a sweet treat to make with your kids to pass (and enjoy) time?

These vegan, gluten-free, and refined-sugar-free cookie dough balls are perfect to make for an afternoon snack! Plus, all of the ingredients are pantry staples, so you won’t have to head out to the store to pick up anything! 

 

 

{Ingredients}

-1 tsp Vanilla

-1/2 cup of maple syrup

-1 tbsp coconut sugar

-1 cup coconut shreds

-1 cup almond flour 

-1 cup of almonds

-1/2 cup of chocolate chips 

{Instructions}

  1. Place all of the ingredients except the chocolate chips into a food processor and blend until smooth
  2. Once your mixture is nice and smooth, mix in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips 
  3. Now roll into balls and enjoy!
