What is it? Cosmic kids makes yoga and mindfulness fun for kids via a series of free videos and storytelling. You can find the videos on their website and on YouTube and can search by length, energy and category.
Why we love it? If you’re looking for a fun activity to get the kiddos moving and keep them engaged, we love cosmic kids. We discovered it last year and it has been great, especially for cold winter days when we’re stuck inside! We absolutely love the story telling aspect. They have different themed videos such as Star Wars, Minecraft, and Frozen so there is something for everyone. Hubby and I usually end up partaking as well or I’ll do my at-home workout in the same room while my daughter does her yoga. Be sure to check it out if you haven’t already!
