btone is a hybrid of Pilates-style movements and strength training, delivered in a 45-minute class that delivers quite a punch. Throughout class you will utilize “TONEy”. TONEy is the customer reformer that delivers an endless variety of results-driven exercises. The classes are approachable, customizable, and fun! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are there to help in anyway. In a btone class you are doing small movements with fast results that last.

Lifted offers group strength and conditioning classes that are limited to 24 slots. This allows personal attention within a motivating team atompshere. Every trainer you work with is a Certified Functional Strength Coach. All movements are scaled with progressions and regressions to accomadate all needs and abilites.

Group Strength revolves around functional lifts to build muscle, increase strength, and torch body fats. Metabolic Conditioning is a cardio class offering an interval style workout. With this class you will improve your cardiovascular health, burn fat, and rev up your metabolism.

KFit is a unique wellness studio that is dedicated to connecting fitness, nutrition, mindset, and whole body. They offer Sweat Services which includes strength and resistance training for all ages including teens. In these classes you will build muscle, balance your energy, and move better. They also provide Nourish Services, which includes personalized nutrition guidance, and Wellness Services. Their Wellness Services include but aren’t limited to FitPartum Care, Physical Therapy, and Sauna. To get started you can take a 1:1 Fitstarter Session or Strength for Starters.

Patton Pilates

Patton Pilates is a reformer studio that is rooted in form and fueled by power. Classes consist of high reps, a handful of props, and a whole lot of power. Classes are both challenging and also rejuvenating. Classes are on a small scale, four individuals which makes the classes more intimate, vibrant, and unified. Individual classes and class packs are available for purchase. Classes are offered throughout the morning.

Pure Barre

Pure Barre is a low-impact, high intensity workout. Each class targets every major muscle group all in 50 minutes or less in a safe, low impact manner through controlled and purposeful movements. Through Pure Barre’s technique, you improve your strength, endurance, flexibility, and balance. All teachers are certified and will help guide you through four unique class formats. Every class features musically-driven choreography for an effective full body workout.

A great way to start if you have never done Pure Barre before is with the Pure Barre Engage Class, this class delivers a 30 minute full body workout showcasing the barre technique. Additionally the other classes offered are Pure Barre Define, Pure Barre Align, Pure Barre Empower, and Pure Barre Classic.

Beat Bar

Beat Bar is a rhythm- based indoor cycling studio in Hanover. Classes offer high-energy spin classes set to curated playlists in a low-lit music-focused environment. The studio itself is aiming to build a strong, inclusive community through music, movement, and motivation. All classes are fun but also empowering. Class times do vary but they do offer a varied schedule to meet everyones needs.

Row and Ride offers a sixty minute full body workout. Their workouts are designed for all fitness levels and include both rowing and riding. In the beginning of the class you will hop on the erg and work a total of 12 different muscle groups with a focus on your legs and core. Then you will saddle up on the bike where you will ride to the beat of the music. Everyone can go at their own pace!

Beginngers or those who have limited time can sign up for one or the other.
