Alycia was born in Green Bay, WI but grew up in Franklin, MA. She recently moved to Scituate just this past June from Boylston. She has three beautiful girls; Kendall (7), Morgan (6) and London (1). She moved to the South Shore at the perfect time, SUMMER! Welcome, Alycia!
◇ What do you love about living in the South Shore so far?
I loved the Moms that I have met and have found that there are a lot of fun places to bring your kids. We love the local playgrounds and the community is great! There is a lot of fun things to do close by.
◇ What types of fun things do you do with your kids around town?
We love going to the beach, going for walks, riding bikes, playing outside and walking around downtown Scituate to look at the boats or go out for ice-cream.
◇ Besides ice cream, what do your girls love to eat?
Taco zuchini boats! The girls actually eat them and LOVE to help make them!
◇ What is one of your favorite moments as a mom to date?
Telling my older two girls that we were pregnant with our baby on Christmas Eve. It is something I will never forget!
◇ What is the toughest part about being a mom?
Finding a good balance. It is so important to make time for ourselves. I wake up early so I can have a cup of Joe in peace and get a workout in, and read before I have to tackle the day!
◇ What is the best advice you have received as a mom?
The days are long but the years are short. So truly enjoy every single minute.
◇ What is the best advice you would like to give to a new mom?
To enjoy the sleepless nights, the snuggles and to REST when the babies do. The laundry can wait! 🙂

◇ What is something people would be surprised to know about you?
I color coordinate my closet
◇ What did you do for work before having kids?
I was a Lead Montessori Preschool Teacher
◇ Where do you love to shop for yourself?
Nordstrom, marshalls, H&M, Zara, Madewell
◇ Favorite must have product for moms?
A good stain remover, some good wine and coffee!
◇ Favorite must have product for expecting moms?
I love babyganics products, from baby wash to sunscreen… love them all!
◇ Favorite must have product for kids?
A good water bottle that they love and keeps water cold! A hairbrush that works and they let you use! 🙂
