EXPLORE

EXPLORE Pediatric Therapy is excited to welcome families to our one-of-a-kind nature-based summer camp for the fifth summer in a row! With camp days led by a team of trained pediatric specialists, we offer an enriching outdoor experience designed to help every child thrive. Camp is 100% outdoors, supporting connection to nature and to peers through exploration, play, and shared adventure. All games and activities are thoughtfully adapted so every child can participate, and our child-led, free-play philosophy allows kids to build confidence, creativity, and friendships at their own pace. Our team is well-equipped to support big feelings and unexpected challenges, and we provide guidance, visual supports, and other tools when a child benefits from extra structure. Parents receive a daily debrief at pick-up, along with access to a shared photo album that’s updated each day. Our mission is to bring a true, inclusive summer camp experience to children and families across the South Shore.

Hull Fishing Camp

 
At Hull Fishing Camp, campers will spend the week understanding the fundamentals, philosophy, and have a practical working knowledge of how to fish. The camp practices catch and release and all equipment is provided. Campers will fish from shore with both bait and artificial lures and will learn what equipment to use at a certain spot or time.
 
They’ll learn how to cast to avoid mishaps, how to forecast conditions, the different methods people use to catch fish, shore based fishing safety, and about all of the different fish and marine life in the area. The conservation of the local fishery as well as the education of safe catch and release practices is an important part of the camp.

Dalby Farm in Scituate

There are 3 main Summer offerings at Dalby Farm in Scituate.
 
We are a 165-year-old family operated educational farm / forever home to endangered heritage farm breeds in Scituate MA. Our mission is to preserve and protect historically critical heritage farm breeds, in large part by educating the community through memorable experiences! Our animals are loved as pets and spend their days spoiled. well-loved, and act as educational ambassadors (some have even traveled from across the country to come ‘home’ to us!).

Exploring Farm Animals' Summer Program

Ages: Entering K through 5th grade!

Description:
Our 165-year-old educational family farm provides an ideal environment for children to ‘experience’ learning through hands-on farm and animal activities, games, and crafts. Exploring Farm Animals offers a different theme every day. The presentation, activities, and crafts are designed to reinforce and coincide with the presented subject matter so every child has fun while learning. The program changes daily covering a different farm animal so a child can partake in both summer sessions without repetition.

Farm Animal Caregiver Learning' Summer Program

Description:  This is a new program designed for children entering 6th – 9th grade. Each day of the 5 day program, will focus on a different farm breed living at Dalby Farm. Every day will begin with a learning session so that the child has a greater understanding of the ‘focus animal of the day’. From there the caregiving will begin. There will be options ranging from washing dishes/buckets to being in the stall sweeping/scraping the animal living areas. We offer different levels of ‘hands on’ so that the child can decide how in depth they would like to be.
 
Ages: Entering 6th through 9th grade
 
Dates:  August 10th – 14th (Monday – Friday) | 9:30 – 11:30 each day. For convenience, drop-off begins at 9am.

Summer Toddler Social Time & Enrichment: Fun in the Sun!

Description: 
This is a very flexible, toddler-friendly program! Our goal is to encourage positive, memorable exposure to the sweetest farm animals; leaving all feeling refreshed and connected to nature in ways they never imagined!
 
Ages:  ~walking – 5 years w/ caregiver (older sibling add-ons welcome)
 
Dates: June-August, Tue/Thr/Friday mornings | Offered in 8 week, 4 week & Drop-in
 
Rolling registration: Our toddler enrichment program is offered Spring, Summer & Fall.

The Crafty Place in Cohasset

Summer Craft Club at The Crafty Place in Cohasset is a hands-on, creative camp where kids spend their days crafting, exploring new materials, and expressing themselves. We balance guided projects with free-creation time so every child can work at their own pace and follow their interests. It’s a fun, welcoming space that kids love coming back to week after week.  We provide snack each day and parents have the option to extend half-day to include lunch with us.  Children can bring lunch or sign up for our catered lunch from local restaurant.
 
We’re excited to share that more summer programming designed especially with tweens in mind is coming soon! These sessions will offer elevated projects, creative independence, and space for older kids to explore their style and interests.

South Shore Dance Ensemble in Hanover

Summer Intensive

Join us for a week of exciting classes at our Summer Intensive in Hanover. This program features classes taught by SSDE faculty, as well as guest teachers from around the dance industry. Students will train in ballet, jazz, contemporary, pro-style, acro, musical theater and more!

Complete Game Baseball Clinic

Get ready for the 10th Annual Complete Game Clinic! Joe Belmosto, teacher and coach at Braintree High School will be conducting the camp with the help of Marshfield Rams Baseball players & coaches.

As usual, we will feature three separate weeks of camp for ages 8-12:  June 22nd to June 26th, July 6th to July 10th, and July 27th to July 31st. Each week of camp will be conducted Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., at the Marshfield Youth Baseball Field Complex (230 Webster Street).
 
A typical day at camp will consist of proper stretching, throwing and fielding techniques, along with skills/ drills in the morning. Specialized instruction each day will rotate from hitting drills, positional fielding drills, competitions, and much more.  During lunchtime, we will have a special event or trivia competing for baseball related prizes.  Teamwork skills and an organized game will be the focus during the afternoon.  Each player will receive a camp tee-shirt and enjoy a safe, fun, and instructional atmosphere dedicated to improving their skills and overall love of the game!

CALLING ALL YOUNGER PLAYERS (ages 5-7) !

We will be offering a Junior Rams FUN-damentals camp for ages 5-7!

Each day will run from 9:00 am to noon.  The Junior Rams camp week will be held July 20th- 24th, 2026.  We will be holding this camp at the MYBL complex (rec 1-3). Tuition for the Junior Rams camp will be $250 for 5 days of instruction.

Schedule: 
Our three regular (ages 8-12) camp weeks are from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
The Junior Rams (ages 5-7) week is conducted from 9:00 am to noon.

Description:
Camp Derby offers a traditional summer day camp experience that blends creativity, collaboration, and fun. Campers enjoy a wide variety of activities including arts and crafts, games, outdoor play, water activities, and special themed programming. The program emphasizes confidence-building, independence, and strong community connections in a supportive environment. This summer our younger campers will be producing High School Musical Jr. in our Mini-Musical program, while older campers will be producing 9 to 5 Jr.

Description:
Derby Summer Sports programs provide campers with opportunities to develop athletic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship in a positive and energetic environment. Programs focus on skill development, game play, and physical fitness while emphasizing fun, confidence, and healthy competition. Derby is excited to partner with Hingham Maritime Center to offer water-based programming including rowing, sailing, paddleboarding, and Little Mariners experiences. These programs provide campers with hands-on instruction in a safe, coastal setting while fostering confidence, teamwork, and an appreciation for maritime activities.


Extended Day Program

Dates: Available weekly throughout the summer
Times: 12:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

Description:
The Extended Day Program provides supervised afternoon care for campers enrolled in morning programs. Campers enjoy a mix of structured activities, outdoor play, games, and downtime, allowing for a smooth transition from the morning program while offering families additional scheduling flexibility. Extended Day is offered on a weekly basis to ensure consistency, staffing continuity, and a high-quality camper experience.
