The 4th Firework: Where and When | South Shore Moms

TSSM has put together a little cheat sheet of where and when to watch the fireworks.

 

The Hingham Fireworks

This annual firework show will be hosted by the Hingham Lions on this Sunday, July 1. Before the fireworks, there will be music and food at Hingham Harbor. The fireworks begin at sundown, which is usually around 9 pm. There are many great places to watch this show including the Harbor Beach, World’s End, and Crow Point.

 

The Weymouth Fireworks

On the 3rd of July, this firework display is set from George Lane Beach with the festivities occurring from 5-9:30. These can be seen from a variety of places on the water and is a great way to get in the spirit for the 4th! There will be musical groups, vendors, moonwalk structures, and concession stands in the Northern Weymouth area. There will be a free shuttle service from the McCulloch Building/Whipple Senior Center, 182 Green Street, starting at 5:00 pm. There will be return trips starting after the fireworks display.

 

The Boston Pops Fireworks Spectacular

On July  4th, this beautiful fireworks display will occur at the DCR Hatch Shell on the Esplanade.The gates open at 9am. The concert will begin at 8 pm and end at 10pm with stunning fireworks and a magical performance from the Boston Pops. The address is 47 David G. Mugar Way, Boston, MA 02108.
