Love is in the air! We are happy it is Friday. There is a lot of fun to be had in and around the South Shore with your little love bugs. Don’t forget to get your Valentine’s (big and small loves) those thoughtful gifts and cards. Enjoy the weekend! Let’s kick it off with a little mom humor, shall we?

Kick off the weekend at the Winter Indoor Playground.

Head to Over the Moon for a fun morning at their cookie decorating class. Sing special songs and read “The Day it Rained Hearts,” before moving to their lovely cafe to decorate heart-shaped sugar cookies. Register in advance!

Want to get crafty? Visit Michael’s in Hanover to make Valentine’s Day cards.

If you find yourself at Derby Street, make sure you pop into Hanna Andersson for their special paint party!

Stop by Barnes & Noble for a special Valentine’s Day story time.

Have you gone out as a family to explore Worlds End? Show up to the reservation and venture out into the winter landscape to collect supplies and make your very own pine cone bird feeder! Talk to the friendly Worlds End rangers and teach your kids to know and love nature.

Are you a member at Goldfish Swim? Don’t miss family swim!

Don’t forget to get your girl scout cookies this weekend!
